Repeated failed charges

Why do I keep getting charged for a failed payment, even though I don't want my server anymore?

If you keep getting emails saying a payment failed, but you no longer want the server attached to the failed payment, please open a ticket by clicking the green button in the bottom-right corner. If you forget to cancel your subscription, but fail to add a payment method, it will keep trying to charge you every 48 hours until it eventually works. We can force a "failed" payment to instead be switched to "cancelled". When opening a ticket, select "I have a billing issue with my server" and provide the requested information.
